All Content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Puzzberry are the exclusive property of Puzzberry and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our intellectual property except as expressly permitted herein.
The App and Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Puzzberry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Da Nang, Vietnam.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or sending a notification. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
